THE FIRST SESSION
You might be feeling very anxious...
It is completely normal to feel anxious, especially if this is your first experience of Counselling. It may take a while for you to get used to the situation but almost all clients report feeling significantly more at ease as the session goes along. You may feel very tearful, often this can be from relief as much as sadness and that is OK. We can move at your pace.
"Tell me, what is it that you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"
